F45 members range from age 16 to 70 and all fitness levels. Our certified trainers can modify exercises for your fitness level and to accomodate injuries. F45 athletic programming is based on time based intervals so you can go at your pace. Our trainers can also give you progressions to make the exercises harder!
Our workouts are fueled by our proprietary F45TV technology. F45TV provides an organized, station-by-station diagram for each daily workout. With the guidance and motivation of the F45 Trainers, this system is a visual tool for our members to progress from exercise to exercise throughout the entire workout.
